Job summary

Marquis Commercial Solutions is seeking a Day Cleaning Associate at 10500 Crosspoint Blvd, Indianapolis, IN. This part-time, non-exempt role pays $15.00/hour and runs Monday to Friday from 10am-2pm. You will dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize restrooms, and assist with event cleaning as needed.

Responsibilities include responding to management requests, maintaining clean entryways and common areas, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed. Training and PPE are provided as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and restroom sanitation.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and dispose of waste safely.
• Clean high-touch surfaces and entryways; maintain equipment.
• Support event setup and takedown; address event cleaning inquiries.
