Qualifications

• Two years experience cooking in a commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Plan nutritious meals meeting dietary requirements and special requests.
• Manage department budget and inventory.
• Directly supervise dietary staff including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure clean, safe, and organized cooking and serving areas.
• Deliver quality food service aligned with Gold Leaf standards and interact with residents daily.
• Fulfill other duties as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on rotation.
