Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age; no previous experience required.
• Able to greet and engage guests, take orders, and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and training materials.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Get along well with coworkers and guests with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept the guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners and support shift operations.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items; restock workstations and supplies.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean work area.
