Job summary

Visiting Angels of Southwest Michigan is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one in-home care to older adults in Portage, MI. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid training and PTO.

You’ll assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders, and dementia support. A valid Michigan driver’s license and dependable vehicle, current auto insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are

Our Current Scheduling Need

Our greatest need right now is for caregivers available:

• Weekday mornings, often starting around 8:00 a.m.
• Saturdays
• For visits typically lasting 3–4 hours

Schedules are based on current client needs, location, availability, and caregiver skills. Hours and specific shifts are not guaranteed.
