Senior Helpers - Petersen-Smith Parent in Georgetown, SC is hiring dependable caregivers for day shifts in clients' homes. You will provide compassionate personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

We train new caregivers, offer next-day pay through Tapcheck, and provide benefits such as 401(k) with company match after 1 year, PTO after 90 days, and health, dental, and vision coverage for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable
• Compassionate and patient
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Comfortable around pets
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes
• Assist with personal care and daily activities
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Follow each client's individualized care plan
• Work respectfully and comfortably around household pets
