Visiting Angels Fayetteville NC is seeking Daytime Caregivers to support seniors in Fayetteville, Hope Mills, and surrounding areas. The role involves light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility assistance, and transportation support in a compassionate, community-focused setting.

You will participate in ongoing training, including dementia or Alzheimer’s care, to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact in clients’ daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medications and follow care plans.

• Do shopping or accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Perform light housekeeping and companionship.
• Report incidents quickly and escalate concerns when required.

Daytime Caregiver Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidentsAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Daytime Caregiver Requirements
