Guided by its “Follow the Sun” culinary philosophy, First Watch’s chef-driven menu rotates multiple times per year to feature high-quality flavors at their peak, offering favorites like Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and Kale Tonic.

Busser role involves cleaning re-set tables in under 3 minutes, communicating with Hosts, and supporting servers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a team player and communicate well with others.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate to Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness.
