Job summary

Another Broken Egg Café in Indianapolis, IN is hiring servers for daytime shifts. You will interact with guests, describe menu items, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with friendly, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or dining service preferred.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for 6–8 hours.
• Must read menus and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure exemplary service, take orders, and suggestively sell items.
• Set up bar and opening duties, stock supplies, and manage par levels.
• Mix and serve beverages following recipes and Aberdeen specifications.
• Greet guests, make suggestions, and answer questions about menu and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with liquor laws; assist coworkers; communicate guest concerns to the manager.
