Job summary

First Watch in the United States is seeking energetic cooks to join our Back of the House team. Newly hired cooks train in a station suited to their skills and help craft breakfast, brunch or lunch plates with care and consistency.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, communicate clearly with teammates, follow our recipes and keep your station clean and organized. You must be at least 18 years old, and First Watch values people, growth, and fun in every shift.
