First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is hiring daytime cooks for our breakfast, brunch and lunch concept. We offer no night shifts, a supportive YOU FIRST culture, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced kitchen.

As a Back-of-the-House team member, you’ll prepare high-quality dishes, follow chef recipes, keep a clean workstation, communicate well, and work with a collaborative team to delight guests across our 630+ restaurants. Must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well with others and contribute to a cooperative kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly and maintain food quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
• Follow chef recipes and use fresh ingredients.
• Keep workstation clean and sanitized throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth shifts.
