Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of our automotive logistics client in Flat Rock, MI, seeks a Porter to join the vehicle movement and staging team supporting auction readiness and facility flow.

You will contribute to safe, organized operations with a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule and daytime hours. A valid driver’s license is required, with preference for manual transmission experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfort working in a safety-focused environment where attention to detail matters.

Responsibilities

• Drive and park vehicles within the lot and designated areas to support operations.
• Stage vehicles for auctions or other needs according to facility requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following safety guidelines.
• Assist with vehicle organization and lot flow to keep operations moving.
• Ensure vehicles are handled responsibly and positioned correctly for next steps.
