Job summary

Allegiance Industries in Hartsville, SC is seeking a skilled janitorial supervisor for first shift. You will manage an assigned site, interview, hire, and train staff, oversee daily workflow, and ensure a safe, clean environment for clients and visitors.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years supervisory experience in janitorial operations, strong time management, and proven leadership. On-the-job training is provided; this is a long-term opportunity with a path to team leadership within Allegiance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in janitorial field.
• Experience managing janitorial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management.
• Strong service/quality mindset.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities
