Job summary

Caring Senior Service is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant in Louisville, KY. This in-person role supports seniors with daily living activities, helps maintain independence, and improves quality of life. Pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour based on experience and responsibilities.

The position offers opportunities for growth with paid training, PTO, and referral bonuses. Both full-time and part-time options are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or in senior care.
• Ability to safely operate mobility aids, such as Hoyer lifts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily Support: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Specialized Care: Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory care needs.
• Home & Meals: Prepare nutritious meals and provide light housekeeping.
• Outings: Drive clients to medical appointments and errands as needed.
