Job summary

Visiting Angels - Gilford is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support for seniors and adults with disabilities. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.

Responsibilities include companionship, assistance with daily living activities, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Shifts span day, evening, weekend, and overnight availability, with flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA/LNA experience or certification is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Must genuinely enjoy assisting others.

• Document visits and clock in/out using a smartphone.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience caring for seniors and/or adults with disabilities, professionally or personally
• CNA/LNA experience or certification is a plus
• Dementia/Alzheimer's experience is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
• Must genuinely enjoy assisting others
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Active automobile insurance required
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable using a smartphone to clock in/out and complete documentation
