La Petite Academy in Henderson is seeking a Team Lead to guide classroom activities, mentor teachers, and partner with families to support children's growth. You will implement curriculum, manage daily routines, and assist when Directors are absent.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA.
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires; support fellow teachers with interactive learning experiences.
• Take on Director/Assistant Director duties in absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
