Job summary

The Learning Experience is hiring Teachers for our Infant and Twos classrooms in Spring Hill, AL. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for professional development in a nurturing environment.

We seek candidates with 1+ years of teaching experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a passion for early childhood education. Training and growth opportunities are provided to support career advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional teaching experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED; CDA, Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor co-teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements through apps and discussions.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
