Qualifications

• Previous experience as a daycare lead teacher or assistant teacher.
• Strong understanding of child development.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• First aid/CPR certified, or willingness to become certified.

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Design a daily and weekly schedule.
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
