Learning Care Group, Inc. in Sandy, Utah is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher who can create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and foster a love of discovery in preschoolers.

This role leads classroom management, implements the approved curriculum, upholds licensing guidelines, and builds warm, ongoing relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s growth and success.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Lead Teacher- $15.73-$16.34
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

• Monday through Friday work week.
