Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teachers to foster a nurturing environment for preschoolers. You will design engaging learning activities, mentor other teachers, and ensure high-quality instruction aligned with licensing guidelines.

This role emphasizes leadership in classroom management, curriculum delivery, and building strong relationships with families to support children’s growth and the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state licensing rules and our childcare center requirements.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage children in physical activity.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
