Job summary

The Learning Experience #144 is hiring Lead Teachers for our Infant classroom. Lead, coach, and mentor co-teachers, manage a safe, engaging environment, and implement the LEAP Curriculum with infants and toddlers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional teaching experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED plus 12 ECE college credits required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall classroom management, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Serve as a role model with a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our LEAP Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s learning and progress.
• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
