Job summary

Learning Care Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families. You will support janitorial duties across classrooms, playgrounds, and facilities, ensuring fresh spaces for learning and growth.

Role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and opportunities for education assistance. The position offers a stable weekday schedule, bi-weekly and daily pay options, and a range of benefits including healthcare, 401K

Responsibilities

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Housekeeping Aide- $14.42-$14.98
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
• Monday through Friday work week.
