Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire lifelong learners in a dynamic child care setting. You will create engaging lesson experiences and mentor fellow teachers while promoting growth across social, physical, and intellectual areas of preschoolers.

You’ll lead classroom management, ensure curriculum alignment with licensing standards, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s success and the center’s goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Lead Teacher- $16.20-$16.83
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

• Monday through Friday work week.
