Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children in our daycare centers on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role emphasizes following licensing guidelines, maintaining an engaging classroom, and communicating with families.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child and maintain a fun, interactive classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
