Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers in Mint Hill, NC to support daily care, learning, and play for children in a licensed classroom. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, engaging environment, and partner with families to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
