We’re looking for energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for working with children and the ability to meet state or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child; maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
