Job summary

Learning Care Group in Glen Ellyn, IL is hiring an Assistant Teacher who cares for children while supporting families in a safe, welcoming classroom environment. Compensation starts at $18 per hour with bi-weekly and daily pay options and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain an engaging, organized classroom, observe and plan for children’s development, and communicate regularly with families.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
