Luce Elementary in the SOUTH SPENCER COUNTY SCH CORP SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a Daycare Aide to provide care for children from 6 weeks to 4 years old in a classroom setting, under supervision of the Daycare Lead Teacher and building principal. The role includes assisting with activity planning, guiding children, maintaining records, supervising during play and lunch, and helping with arrival/dismissal while communicating with parents.

Work hours are 4–6 hours per day across 181 duty days.

• Must have a high school diploma.

REPORTS TO: Daycare Lead Teacher and principal of building.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provide child care to children ages 6 weeks to 4 years in a classroom setting. Work under supervision of Daycare Lead Teacher. Follow established activity plans.
