Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Kid's Club Attendant to provide a safe, fun childcare experience for our members' families. You will entertain children, ensure safety, manage check-in/out, and keep the area clean and organized.

Role requires High School Diploma or GED and CPR/AED certification; Trust Line and LiveScan may be required. We offer free uniforms, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within the gym network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Trust Line certified, LiveScan cleared, and compliant with all state-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Entertain children with games, crafts, and approved interactive activities. Maintain a friendly, caring attitude.
• Ensure the safety of all children in the Kid's Club area by following safety procedures and administering first aid when necessary.
• Verify all parents receive copies of Kid's Club policies and ensure proper check-in/check-out logs are completed.
• Maintain a spotless, well-sanitized, and orderly environment; routinely check and clean toys and equipment.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and professionally address issues to the Kid's Club Lead or Operations Manager.

The Mission

As a Kid's Club Attendant, you ensure that our youngest guests have an unforgettable experience while their parents crush their fitness goals. You will focus on changing lives through safe, interactive play and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for keeping the childcare environment pristine, active, and perfectly organized every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Child Care & Engagement: Entertain children with games, crafts, and approved interactive activities. Maintain a friendly, caring, and positive attitude always.
• Safety & First Aid: Ensure the safety of all children in the Kid's Club area by following strict safety procedures and administering first aid when necessary, in accordance with company policy.
• Administrative Requirements: Verify all parents receive copies of Kid's Club policies. Ensure proper check-in/check-out logs are completed, emergency cards are on file, and appropriate membership verifications or payments are processed.
• Cleanliness Standards: Maintain a spotless, well-sanitized, and orderly environment. Routinely check and clean all toys and equipment to ensure they meet our high health and safety standards.
• Parent Communication: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents. Professionally address or upscale behavioral issues, health alerts, or member complaints to the Kid's Club Lead or Operations Manager.

• Punctuality: Absolute reliability in adhering to schedule times, shift logs, and structured break periods.
• Experience: Previous experience working with children in a structured environment is highly preferred.

Requirements & Certifications
