• Assist in monitoring and progressing through the client's individualized treatment outlined in their Person-Centered Plan.
• Attend, facilitate, and co-facilitate multi-family night events.
• Complete accurate client daily note documentation within 12 hours of the day of service.
• Participate in monthly Clinical Learning Forums and other staff meetings.
• Provide line of sight supervision for clients during day treatment.
• Assist school personnel in the implementation of academic curriculum and creating a positive and therapeutic learning environment.
