Life Help in Mississippi seeks a part-time Day Treatment Assistant to support day treatment for SED adolescents. You will work with a Day Treatment Specialist to deliver structured activities and ensure a safe, supportive environment.

The role requires collaboration with teachers, parents, case managers, and school staff, plus transportation as needed. A Bachelor’s in mental health (or equivalent) and a Mississippi driver’s license are required, with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Field or relevant experience.
• Valid Mississippi Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Day Treatment Specialist in providing day treatment for SED adolescents.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, case managers, youth court, school counselors, and principals as needed.
• Drive program vehicle and/or personal automobile to provide transportation to individuals receiving services as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Field
