Firehouse Subs in Hobbs, NM is hiring Crew Members for FULL- and PART-TIME shifts. You’ll be on your feet across stations in the sub making process, trained initially in one role and cross-trained for all positions. Delivering top-notch customer service on every shift is essential to a great guest experience.

Job description

We are currently looking for passionate Crew Members to join our team! We are hiring for FULL- and PART-TIME positions! We are looking for day shift employees for lunch full or part time.

The Crew Members are on their feet for the majority of the shift while working different stations in the sub making process. Initially, Crew Members are trained in one position, i.e. Cashier, Sandwich Makers, then eventually cross-trained for all positions. Your job is to make sure that our customers have a fantastic experience-- so delivering top-notch customer service for every shift is critical!
