Eduro Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse (RN) for the Day Shift in Cut Bank, MT. You will provide comprehensive nursing care in a skilled nursing facility, supervise护理 staff, and ensure high-quality resident care aligned with Eduro Healthcare values.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Active RN license issued by the State of Montana required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for residents.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy (as allowed), tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, and other procedures.
• Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff in line with state nurse practice acts.
• Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated with interdisciplinary input.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure coordinated resident care.
• Accurately complete assessments and documentation in a timely manner.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for residents
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of residents and evaluate changes in condition to ensure appropriate interventions and care planning
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician and in accordance with facility policies and professional nursing standards
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy (as permitted by state practice), tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, and other complex nursing procedures
• Supervise, delegate, and provide clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel in accordance with state nurse practice acts
• Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated based on resident assessments and interdisciplinary team input
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective resident care

Accurately complete all required documentation, assessments, and clinical records in a timely manner and in accordance with regulatory standards
