I Am Boundless, Inc. is seeking a Day Support Professional to provide direct day support and vocational habilitation for adults with I/DD in Independence, OH.

The role includes non-medical transportation and community-based programming with a focus on safety and person-centered care. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with an insurable record; preferred two years’ experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct day support and vocational habilitation services.
• Coordinate non-medical transportation for adults with disabilities.
• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges in a safe, person-centered environment.
