Priory The Piers in Bournemouth is recruiting a Day Support Worker (Driver Only) to join our residential team. You will assist four adults with a range of needs, support day-to-day activities, and drive residents as required.

The role requires a full driving licence and strong communication skills. You will contribute to care plans, document daily progress, and work within a compassionate team. Priory offers training, development pathways, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Full driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, and participation in activities.
• Update person-centred support plans, care charts and daily notes.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, families, and staff while upholding safety and confidentiality policies.
