Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a skilled janitorial supervisor to oversee cleaning of commercial properties. You will manage a crew, ensure quality and timeliness, and uphold company mission and values across sites.

The role offers full-time and part-time positions, paid training, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and PTO. Starting wage at $7.75–$13.88 per hour will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience.

Position Overview:

Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties. A Supervisor must ensure he/she follows company mission statement and values

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a high standard of excellence
• Manages crew members
• Completes nightly check list
• Keeps inventory of supplies and places orders at end of month
• Makes sure timesheet is completed
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Vacuum
• Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors
• Wet mop hard surface floors
• Clean units including but not limited to restrooms, kitchens, lobbies
• Wipe Spots and smudges from entry doors
• Dust horizontal surfaces when left cleared
• High dusting
• Dust windowsills and blinds
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens
• Report inventory and supplies to Manager
• Report lost and found items to Manager
• Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
• Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
• Utilize time wisely and efficiently

Experience and Education Requirements

• Janitorial experience is a plus
• Ability to speak English and Spanish a plus
• A passion for cleanliness

• Work irregular hours
• Travel- Rarely
• Work Environment- Odors or dust, cleaning chemicals

The salary range provided for this position is$7.75 - $13.88, and will be based on a variance of considerations such as skills, qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements:

This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job.
