Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is helping a local Odessa, FL manufacturing and fabrication company find a dependable Welder/Fabricator to join the team. The role requires hands-on welding experience and pride in producing clean, quality work.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay at $18.00 per hour. Experience with MIG is preferred, and blueprints or drawings reading helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable hands-on welding experience.
• MIG welding experience preferred.
• Comfortable using measuring tools such as a tape measure.
• Experience with metal fabrication or structural welding is a plus.
• TIG, stainless steel, or aluminum welding experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication of metal components and structures
• Set up and safely operate welding equipment and tools
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
