Job summary

Core-Mark in Aurora, CO is seeking a Sanitation, Warehouse Associate to uphold a clean and safe working environment in our distribution facility. You will perform general cleaning tasks across dry, cooler, and freezer areas and support daily warehouse operations while adhering to health and safety policies.

Responsibilities include completing tasks per safety guidelines, handling cleaning chemicals with care, and potentially operating a pallet jack.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months general sanitation, cleaning and/or janitorial work experience.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Completes all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Reports all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to ensure safety of all associates.
• Performs cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash pickup.
• Handles all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.
• Completes Pure Safety training modules timely and accurately.
• May require operation of pallet jack to transport refuse to appropriate receptacles.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
