Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for day shift in Norco, CA. The role is full-time, with day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, depending on completion.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement. The Warehouse Associate will receive and transport products, pick and assemble orders, and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring accurate receipts and shipments and safe handling of

Qualifications

• 1-year previous warehouse experience.
• 1-year forklift experience and ability to follow all safety protocols.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to lift to 50-75 lbs. frequently.
• Comfortable with exposure to heat/cold, noise and dust.
• Comfortable with heights (25’-30’).

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick and transport products to locations within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts including stand-up, sit-down and order picker.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe; follow PPE and safety checks.
