Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is hiring an Order Builder to prepare customer orders for delivery in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will build and stage orders from pick tickets for loading onto delivery trucks, move product with pallet jacks or hand-trucks, and ensure proper rotation and date code accuracy.

You must lift 50+ pounds, stand long hours, and meet productivity targets. Benefits may include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, PTO, and tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of general work experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach.
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.

Responsibilities

• The Order Builder is responsible for preparing customer orders for delivery.
• Build and stage orders based on pick ticket for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Use pallet jack, hand-truck etc. to move product and materials.
• Adhere procedures relating to product age, quality, and safety.
• Meet productivity requirements.
• Perform miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of the warehouse.
