Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate at our Mount Pleasant, IA facility. The shift runs 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with standing/walking 8 to 12 hours daily and potential overtime.

The role focuses on safe operation of line equipment, meeting production orders, and ensuring quality and productivity standards. Base pay begins at $18.00+ per hour, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day 1, plus PTO, holidays, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in safe and efficient operation of line equipment.
• Ability to read a production order and follow instructions.
• Detail and quality oriented with dependable, energetic work ethic.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team and supervisors.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and use hand tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operates machine and guides line helpers to meet production goals.
• Read and interpret production orders and maintain quality requirements.
• Use forklift and crane; document materials produced accurately.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow company core values.
• Communicate effectively with team, supervisor, and management.
