Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a Warehouse/Production Janitorial Team member for the Marion, IL facility. The role focuses on keeping the site clean, safe, and efficient during day shifts. The work includes sweeping, mopping, trash handling, and supporting production operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors and trailers throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Clean and maintain common work areas, equipment surfaces, and production spaces.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste materials.
• Perform general janitorial duties to support warehouse and production operations.
• Assist with pressure washing of equipment, floors, or designated areas as needed.
• Maintain and request restocking of cleaning supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and utilize proper PPE.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
