Penske Logistics LLC is seeking warehouse dock associates to join a safety‑conscious team in Bolingbrook, IL. The role offers a base wage of $22.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for overtime.

Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and a boot allowance after 90 days. Responsibilities include following safety rules, loading/unloading trailers, operating dock doors, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Able to work independently and with others in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Flexible with overtime; non climate-controlled environment.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers safely.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Sort and place parts in racks.
• Stack cardboard boxes and pallets.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• May operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Scan freights/parts.
