Job summary

Amsive LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Greenville, SC facility. The role supports mail production, maintains accurate inventory, and ensures timely processing and shipment of produced mail to regional centers.

Shift is day hours with some overtime, starting pay $18.00/hr based on skills and experience. Responsibilities include receiving, staging, shipping, and inventory control using DirectLink, operating forklifts, and coordinating with shipping vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, material handling, or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when receiving, tracking, and organizing materials.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials in DirectLink according to company standards.
• Pull, stage, and deliver materials to Print and Lettershop production areas.
• Review production schedule to locate and stage materials for upcoming jobs.
• Load and unload trucks, including USPS mail, drop shipments, production materials, and recycled products.
• Count, reconcile, and return unused materials to appropriate warehouse locations.
