Job summary

Kent Nutrition Group in Bow, NH is seeking a Warehouse Labor (Finance) to join our Bow, NH plant's warehouse team on first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You will help load trailers, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse neat and safe.

The role involves operating the Matrix inventory system to pick orders, receiving and unloading materials, performing re-bagging tasks, and supporting plant management with daily duties, in a dusty environment and variable weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good communication skills.
• Work and cooperate with all fellow employees.
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Be able to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 48 inches continuously for the assigned work period, lifting required such as building pallet stocks.
• Be able to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Report factors that may influence quality and safety of finished feed and ingredients to supervisor.
• Load trailers (Floor Loaded, Mini Pallet Loads, and 4x4 loads) neatly with correct counts and intact bags.
• Place plastic/cardboard and other sealing items in rear of trailers when appropriate.
• Use the Matrix inventory system to pick orders for current trailers or stage loads for incoming trailers; FIFO used.
• Receive and unload incoming items (feed ingredients, packaging, finished products, maintenance supplies, etc.).
• Perform daily cleaning to keep warehouse neat and orderly, including disposal of broken articles.
• Re-bagging operations when assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Management.
