RJ Schinner Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for day shift in Norco, CA. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with 10:00 am–6:30 pm or until completion. You will receive and move products, pick orders, and prepare goods for shipment per established procedures.

The position requires 1 year of warehouse and 1 year of forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to lift 50–75 lbs. Safety protocols and PPE are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• 1 year of forklift experience required and ability to follow safety protocols.
• High degree of attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs frequently.
• Exposure to heat/cold, noise and dust.
• Comfortable with heights (25–30 ft).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (stand-up, sit-down, order picker).
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick and transport product per company standards.
• Stack, palletize, and store product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE usage.
