Parts Authority is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Windsor Locks, CT. This full-time role supports our distribution operations by receiving, labeling, stocking, and replenishing inventory to meet customer needs.

The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities include processing incoming stock, maintaining records, operating warehouse equipment, and preparing orders for shipment.

Qualifications

• Follow directions accurately in writing and verbally.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards per department rules.
• Regularly lift 10–50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach and balance as required.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store incoming stock and shipments.
• Maintain inventory records and assess stock for damages.
• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, safely).
• Prepare and pick orders for shipment; track arrival/departure times.
