Job summary

Cardinal Health in Greensboro, NC is hiring for a Warehouse Associate. Shift: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, or until tasks are completed. Pay rate is $19.10 per hour and includes shift differential.

Responsibilities include order picking, packing, quality checks, and preparing shipments; cross-training across warehouse areas; and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, HSA, and more.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. All training is provided starting your first day!
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with heights up to 30 ft and ability to follow directions and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participating in projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform inventory control tasks.
• Train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty (e.g., forklift, order picker).
