Job summary

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. You will operate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts), unload deliveries, store inventory, and pick/pack customer orders. Occasional local deliveries in a light vehicle may occur.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment including lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing ladders and working in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and PPE as required.
• Demonstrate good attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Unload and accurately receive deliveries.
• Store product in specified locations and note in the system.
• Select and pack customer orders and occasionally deliver orders in a light van or delivery vehicle.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and follow safety procedures including daily inspections.
