Job summary

Airgas, Inc. in Star, MS is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Day) to move materials within a busy warehouse, adhere to safety rules, and support shipping operations. The role reports to a distribution manager or supervisor and features a 7am–7pm schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of warehouse experience, and be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push 75 lbs, standing or walking for the shift.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Move material within the warehouse following safety procedures and contribute to quality and shipment goals.
• Organize and stack products carefully for storage and shipment.
• Wrap and pack orders for shipping and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
• Operate equipment and assist the team with varied tasks as directed by supervisor.
