MEI Industrial Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate in New Albany, OH to support operations including receiving, staging, storage, and shipment processing. The role requires moving materials, operating basic equipment, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, and documenting shipments while adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines. The position is full-time and on-site with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Operate or learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, stage, load, and unload equipment and materials daily.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Support inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, stage, strap, and secure loads for transportation.
• Process orders and support administrative functions related to picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and records including receipts, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to promote a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
